Merchant services built around keeping the relationship after the sale
SecureTrust was built around a simple idea: the relationship should continue after the paperwork is signed.
Our agents remain involved after activation, helping coordinate setup, equipment, installation, staff training, statement reviews, processing questions, and ongoing support.
Serving businesses across Florida, with sales representatives in New York and additional expanding markets.
Your agent stays involved after activation
SecureTrust is designed around continuity. The merchant keeps a familiar point of contact for setup, equipment, training, statement reviews, processing questions, and support after go-live.
Why the SecureTrust model is different
Many merchant-services relationships are heavily focused on acquiring the account. SecureTrust is designed so the merchant keeps a continuing point of contact after activation.
The relationship does not end at signup
Your SecureTrust agent remains a point of contact for the account after activation.
Your agent stays accountable
The agent remains involved with the account instead of disappearing after the sale.
Problems affect the relationship
Equipment issues, statement questions, support needs, and payment-program concerns are not someone else's problem.
Long-term merchants matter
SecureTrust is built to earn the account and keep earning the merchant's business over time.
A service relationship, not a pricing negotiation
SecureTrust's goal is to earn long-term merchant relationships by providing payment processing, payment technology, equipment, and ongoing account support.
We do not believe the value of a merchant account should come from charging each business as much as it may be willing to accept. Our standard processing rate is published so merchants can understand the core economics before speaking with us.
From there, our job is to help the business choose the payment tools and program that fit the way it operates. We want merchants to understand what they pay, understand the services they receive, and keep as much of their sales revenue as reasonably possible while having a payment system they can rely on.
A strong merchant relationship should last because the service continues to provide value—not because the original pricing was difficult to understand, difficult to compare, or dependent on how well the merchant negotiated.
Equipment, software, gateway services, leasing/financing, and other optional or account-specific charges may apply depending on the selected setup. Card-brand assessments are not added separately on top of SecureTrust standard 2.00% + 3¢ processing.
We do not keep the extra card-price difference as our profit
In SecureTrust's Dual Pricing structure, the full card transaction is processed at the approved rate and the remaining card-price amount stays with the merchant.
If the base price is $100 and the customer pays $103 by card, SecureTrust charges 2.00% + 3¢ on the $103 transaction. The merchant receives approximately $100.91 after that processing cost.
Unlike programs where the provider keeps the added card-price amount as part of its own margin, SecureTrust leaves the remaining value with the merchant.
What your agent can help coordinate
The dedicated-agent model gives merchants a continuing point of contact across the parts of the account they use every day.
We start with how your business actually gets paid
SecureTrust does not need every merchant to use the same payment setup. We review the existing account and business workflow before recommending equipment or a payment program.

Competitive pricing matters, but merchant relationships also depend on clear agreements, understandable equipment terms, realistic expectations, and access to support after the account is opened.
