Terms of Service

Effective date: May 27, 2026

1) Agreement to terms

By accessing stofflorida.com or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

2) Our services

We provide consultations, quotes, onboarding, and support for payment processing programs (Dual Pricing and Interchange+ (wholesale)) and Clover POS configurations for Florida businesses. We are not a bank or card network; underwriting and merchant accounts are provided by third-party processors and acquiring banks.

3) Quotes & pricing

  • Quotes are based on information you provide and may change during underwriting or equipment selection.
  • Public pricing is not listed; all pricing is provided by custom quote.
  • Any estimates of savings are illustrative and not a guarantee of results.

4) Compliance & card-brand rules

Dual Pricing and Interchange+ (wholesale) must be implemented in compliance with applicable laws and card-brand rules. We provide guidance and signage/receipt configuration, but you are responsible for your business’s legal compliance and disclosures.

5) Hardware, shipping & returns

  • Hardware (e.g., Clover devices) may be fulfilled by third parties and subject to their policies.
  • Opened/used equipment may be subject to restocking or may be non-returnable depending on the vendor’s policy.

6) Acceptable use

Do not use our site or services to break the law, infringe rights, or attempt to bypass security or service limits.

7) Intellectual property

Site content is owned by or licensed to us. Third-party marks (e.g., Clover) belong to their owners.

8) Confidentiality

We handle your business information with reasonable confidentiality and use it to provide quotes, onboarding, and support.

We provide the site and informational materials “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee approvals, interchange rates, funding timelines, or specific savings.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service at issue in the 3 months preceding the claim.
