Credit card processing built around the real cost of accepting payments
SecureTrust helps businesses accept payments in person, online, over the phone, by invoice, at the counter, or in the field with a merchant-services setup matched to the way the business actually gets paid.
Our standard processing structure is published at 2.00% + 3¢ per transaction for approved SecureTrust merchant accounts, plus a $25 monthly platform fee. We also support Dual Pricing, Clover POS, virtual terminals, payment gateways, online payments, phone payments, invoice payments, and statement reviews.

What actually affects credit card processing cost
The merchant’s real cost is more important than one advertised number. Monthly fees, transaction fees, gateway costs, keyed activity, equipment, and other account charges can all affect the final effective rate.
Do not let a tiny Interchange Plus markup distract from the real effective rate
SecureTrust does not currently offer Interchange Plus. A provider may advertise something like “Interchange + 0.15%,” but the merchant still pays the underlying interchange, card-brand costs, transaction charges, gateway fees, and other account costs.
SecureTrust compares the merchant’s real effective cost against our published 2.00% + 3¢ standard processing structure.
Card acceptance options for different business workflows
The right processing setup depends on where the customer pays. A restaurant, retail store, service business, professional office, contractor, and auto business may each need a different mix of tools.

SecureTrust does not keep the added card-price difference as extra profit
In SecureTrust’s Dual Pricing structure, the full card transaction is processed at the approved rate and the remaining card-price amount stays with the merchant.
That means the economics are different from programs where the provider keeps the added customer-facing amount as part of its own margin.
Example shown for illustration. Actual Dual Pricing structure, customer-facing price difference, and account-specific costs depend on the approved merchant setup.
